1930s Glamour

These shots are from a photo shoot I did on Monday 1st August. This stunning vintage 1930s gown is available to buy at my online boutique www.bowjanglesvintage.com In some shots I paired the dress with gorgeous 1930s/40s fox tails and in others I teamed it with a glamorous 1930s fur cape with amazing huge round shoulder pads. It is believed to be in the 1930s that the very first shoulder pads were used.
The amazing hair and make-up in the shots was created by my good friend and very talented hair and make-up artist Joanna Madey. The photographer was Paul Saunders and our beautiful model was Sarah-louise Polley.
Joanna's fiance Gordon let us use his amazing new studios, which allowed us to get some lovely shots. It all took part at Dundas House on Dundas Street, across from Queen Street Station, Glasgow - where his business Activ Tailored Fitness is based.

On the day we created lots of different looks which I will be sharing with you in the coming weeks...
